Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the despatch of goods.

The returned products must be in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please fill out the returns form included with your order. Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. All return items should be sent to:

We would advise that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.   Return postage cannot be refunded.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 days. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email you a confirmation once the refund has been made.

Returns Policy on Sale Items only 

The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt.
